Absolutely! We're here to take care of your paperwork and load finding needs, allowing you to focus on driving stress-free.

We accommodate various equipment types, including Power Only (Bob Tail), Vans, Reefers, Flatbeds, Stepdecks, and more.

We provide comprehensive coverage across all 48 states. Our independent truck dispatchers can find loads from anywhere, be it your home, yard, last delivery site, or a truck stop.

Each Truck Dispatcher manages no more than 10 trucks, ensuring personalized and effective support for each client.

Once we receive your documents, a dedicated RTM Truck Dispatcher will be assigned to your account. They will work closely with you to understand your lanes, schedule, and freight types, aiming to keep you profitable while navigating the freight market strategically.

Typically, you won’t need to manage additional paperwork for hauling freight. However, if specific brokers or shippers require extra documentation, we might need additional paperwork. Our aim is to handle the paperwork for you whenever possible.

We work with brokers and shippers offering the highest freight per mile rates. We can perform credit checks on request and partner with reputable freight brokers with a track record of fair payment.

Your dedicated Truck Dispatcher will search for suitable loads based on your requirements. They will present the best load options and discuss details such as lanes, rates, weights, freight type, and pickups/drops. If a load isn’t suitable, we will continue searching until we find one that meets your needs.

The original rate confirmation will be emailed to all parties involved. Your Truck Dispatcher will communicate all load details to the driver via text or email. All clients must have email and text messaging capabilities.

Absolutely. You can decline any freight load that doesn't meet your requirements. Your Truck Dispatcher will continue searching until they find a load that suits your preferences. However, withdrawing from a committed load can impact our future relationships with brokers, shippers, or customers.
